The essential terms for booking a Luzia experience.
Reservations and payment
A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. Prices and live capacity are checked again when checkout starts.
Changes and cancellation
The cancellation window shown on the selected tour applies. Contact us promptly if traveller details or accessibility needs change.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate contact information, arrive at the agreed time and follow reasonable safety guidance from the host.
